This was my second time purchasing from this site. Very nice, down to earth team. The sales rep I bought my first vehicle from 5 years ago is now a sales manager, so, that shows employee loyalty. Everyone was very transparent throughout the whole process and worked really hard to match my price point. I will definitely use them in the future and refer all my friends to them.
Very disappointed with the service I got everyone there its nice and willing to help out but my only complain its with the technician, I took my vehicle for an oil leak and when I got my vehicle back it had oil stains on my engine cover and my hood like if they tried to clean it with their hands on a new vehicle which I was willing to not mention but today when I was doing my oil change I notice that the same part that was leaking its staring to leak again and to add to it my drain plug its leaking and I'm missing one bolt from my splash shield. All parts they had to remove for the maintenance it was initially taken in for.
I am pleased with the services that were done today, but I am very frustrated with how long the services took, versus how long I was told it would take. I tried to schedule an appointment for an oil change online, but the website kept crashing. I called and was told to just do a walk in/drive in so I did. I was told 1-1.5 hours for an oil change & tire check. I ended up waiting for four hours. This is also the third time I had asked for the same tire to be checked in the span of 3 years because I have had issues with one tire for the duration I have owned my car. I have always been told nothing was wrong with the tire (which I had also checked myself before going in), but today I was told there was a nail in the tire and the damage was irreparable. The replacement was $350. While I know this was incredibly overpriced & that the tire could most likely be repaired, I just had them change the tire because I was sick of dealing with it and having to go in for it in order to not void my warranty with the company. So I am frustrated, but I take accountability of the decision to have my tire changed.
Highly recommend this location! Von was a joy to work with and continues to be an amazing help to me and my wife. We felt very welcome the second we got there! Very easy and straightforward process from the moment I contacted Von through the website. He met me on the lot and showed me the cars I was interested in without pressuring me at all. Once I decided to lease the Ioniq 6, the credit approval process was relatively painless. The whole staff stayed late on a Sunday evening to complete the transaction for me.
Making an appointment was easy and simple through their website, but they also have a phone number you can call to schedule services, talk to sales personnel, and reach their finance department.
Their staff is friendly, approachable and Knowledgeable as well! I had many questions and they were all answered.
The cost of service however was my biggest surprise. For the time and amount of services I had done on my Hyundai, it felt great not having to take a loan out to pay the bill!

Friendly people. Good communication. And they get the job done, 100% as expected. We will be a returning customer to this location. Plus they gave us more detailed info on our warranty that other locations failed to tell us or explain it in a way it was more understandable. For that me and my wife are appreciative.
